Thursday January 28th, 2010: Fumes ignited inside a tank men were painting at Thermal Polymer Systems' plant in Angleton. 56-year old Mark Blevins and 30-year old David Williams-Smith remain in critical condition at Memorial Hermann according to officials, having suffered burns to 75 to 100 percent of their bodies.  The two men had been applying a primer coating to the tank when fumes ignited at approximately 4:00pm.  An investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is expected.
