Attorney Kimberly J. Samman

Houston attorney Kimberly J. Samman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in criminal justice. She then received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center where she served as the Honor Court Chief Magistrate and as an Associate Board Member of the Advocates. She has been admitted to practice in the state of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Kimberly's primary practice is in criminal defense. In addition to her firsthand trial and courtroom experience, Kimberly received extensive training with renowned trial attorney Gerry Spence at the Trial Lawyers College Regional Seminar in Estes Park, Colorado. Kimberly is also actively involved in the Houston Young Lawyers Association and is the Committee Chair of the Criminal Bar Outreach Committee.
