Moises maintains a litigation practice with an emphasis on personal injury claims at Smith & Hassler. He has litigated cases throughout Texas state and federal courts, helping individuals recover compensation for injuries sustained by premise slip and falls, motor vehicle collisions and more.
He is a 2009 summa cum laude graduate from Sul Ross State University, where he played basketball and ran track.
After Sul Ross, Moises worked as the chief of staff for a local district attorney. Two years later, Moises worked for a State Representative during the 82nd Legislative Session at the Texas Capitol. After this legislative experience, Moises moved to Houston, Texas to attend law school. He graduated in May 2015 from the University of Houston Law Center.
Moises joined Smith & Hassler following four years of litigating with another Houston personal injury law firm.
